HOT COCOA COOKIES

Hot Cocoa Cookies are thin, slightly crispy but still chewy and have plenty of hot cocoa, chocolatey-marshmallow flavor goodness. You won't believe how fudgy and delicious they are.

– all purpose flour – unsweetened cocoa powder – hot cocoa mix – espresso powder – cornstarch – baking soda – salt – unsalted butter – granulated sugar – dark brown sugar – eggs – vanilla extract – marshmallow fluff

Ingredients

Step 1

Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Combine the dry ingredients; flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, hot cocoa mix, espresso powder (if using), cornstarch, baking and salt in a large bowl.

Step 2

In a separate large mixing bowl, combine butter and both sugars. Cream the butter and sugars together using a hand mixer on medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 3

Use a cookie dough scoop to scoop out of balls of cookie dough and line them on the baking sheet with parchment paper.
