RED VELVET CRINKLES

A total cinch to make; they're delicious, festive and a classic holiday cookie. I love how the red pops from underneath the powdered sugar. If you're looking for a cookie to bake this time of year, you must make these!

– All Purpose Flour – Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – Baking Powder – Salt – Unsalted Butter – Granulated Sugar – Eggs – Vanilla Extract – Red Food Coloring – Powdered Sugar, for rolling

Ingredients

Step 1

In a bowl combine your dry ingredients; flour, cocoa powder, baking powder & salt. Give it a quick whisk and set aside.

Step 2

In a large bow cream butter and sugar together with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla and mix together until combined.

Step 3

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
