SOUR CREAM MANDARIN LOAF

Unsalted butter White sugar Eggs Mandarin orange zest Mandarin orange juice Vanilla All-purpose flour Table salt Baking soda Baking powder Sour cream
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with baking spray and line with a parchment paper, leaving about an inch or so over the sides of the pan to make for easy transfer. Set aside.
In a bowl combine the dry ingredients: flour, salt & baking soda. Give the mixture a quick whisk and set aside.
In a large bowl with an electric mixer (or use a stand mixer) beat the butter and sugar for 3 to 4 minutes, until pale and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time and beat in well after each addition, scraping down the sides of the bowl, as necessary.
